We can waste a lot of time criticizing what other people are doing. Maybe you think the idea is completely wrong, or maybe you only disagree with one small part of the process. Whatever the case may be, it’s in your hands to turn your vision into reality. How would you do it? You have the ability to do just as well, and probably even better.

I totally get what you’re saying. It reminds me of the best advice for people who wish they could change others… it’s far more effective to change yourself and model the desired attitude/actions, then others will follow suit!
